How to use this site

To find the information you want, EITHER choose from the drop-down 'A to Z' menu on the right hand side of this page ('Select a service'), OR enter a keyword into the second box.

As you type in the second box, the information pages we have available will appear. Clicking on one of these choices will take you to that page.

If no information pages appear or you cannot find the one you require, click on 'Go'. This will search the Helpzone for the word you have typed.

If you are still unable to find the help you require, please feel contact the Helpzone by telephone, email, or by dropping in to one of our Helpzones situated at Headingley Campus, Civic Quarter and Harrogate.
